I am a PHd student in Software Engineering at Cesar School. I hold a Master's degree in Accounting and Administration from Fucape Business School and a Bachelor's degree in Systems Analysis and Development, Business Administration, and Law. As a researcher, my work focuses on human aspects in software engineering such as soft skills, hard skills, and skill gaps, as well as natural language processing (NLP) and large language models (LLM).
